About

We are a small consultancy specialising in creating and consulting on participant-centred evaluations and programmes for organisations and individuals working with children and young people, particularly those experiencing social injustice.

We are deeply rooted in values of integrity, empathy, kindness and flexibility and align ourselves with like-minded individuals and organisations.

What we do

We can help with:

  • Small and large-scale quantitative and qualitative evaluation delivery and consultancy including co-creating methodologies and narratives with participants

  • Data analysis and report writing

  • Consultation with children and young people

  • Needs analysis and needs-based strategic planning and programme design

  • Facilitation (particularly consensus workshop and focussed conversation methodology)

  • Critical friend work, particularly with small organisations on reflective practice and understanding impact

We support, challenge and develop organisations and individuals to feel empowered, skilled and confident to continue with the work beyond our involvement. When approached for a piece of work, we consider how to elevate others who are less represented in the sector, bringing expertise and perspective much through a collective associates approach.
